Echo Art Center is a Washington state registered music and art education organization, which featuring East and West fusion music, instrument educations, music production educations, performance collaborations, children camps and event venue rental.
Echo Art Center has established a long term relationship with international programs, local musicians, local communities and school districts to provide fusion music performances, workshops and lectures. The experienced teachers are concert musicians, who holds master or doctor degrees from world renown conservatories of music. The special camp program featuring Chinese language, music , arts and providing a caring environment for kindergarteners to 5th graders.
Students from the center are international and national competition first place winners, such as winners of Singapore Raffles International Culture & Arts Festival, American Protege Competition.

Founded by Carrie Wang, the Pipa musician and educator, member of China National Orchestra Society Pipa Committee, founder of Echo Art Center, president of Cross Culture Music Society (NPO). Carrie is currently based in greater Seattle area and is active in performance and teaching. She is passionate in fusion music and works with musicians of various music style. In 2025 she co-founded the world music band Serica. They played their debut live show in Classical KingFM and held their debut concert in Seattle. In 2022, she performed Ghost Opera by Tan Dun with Seattle Symphony. In 2020 she was invited as a cast for Netflix movie The Harder They Fall.
Born in Xiamen, China, Carrie is the next generation of a musician’s family. Her mother Kunli Li is a well-known Chinese Pipa virtuoso and professor from Xiamen University. Carrie studied with Pipa master Lin Shicheng, professor Zhou Lijuan and having been brought up in the Pudong School of pipa playing, one of the most prestigious classical styles of Pipa music. Carrie is the first Chinese student, who received a Master’s Degree in music education from College-Conservatory of Music at University of Cincinnati.
Echo Arts Center offers both in classroom and online lessons.
